As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling Infiniti vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to potential buyers. You will play a key role in promoting the Infiniti brand and helping customers find their dream car. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Infiniti vehicles, features, and benefits to effectively sell to customers
- Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct test drives with customers and showcase the features of Infiniti vehicles
- Understand and anticipate the needs and preferences of customers and provide personalized recommendations
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay up to date with industry trends, changes, and competition to effectively position Infiniti vehicles in the market
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize opportunities for sales
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
